I am an independent Pennsylvania Notary Public based in Pennsburg. Hopkins is my last name, and Hopkins Notary Services is built around personal accountability: when you call, schedule, or ask a question, you are communicating with the person who will handle your appointment.
I have served the community as a Pennsylvania Notary Public since 2014. My approach combines professional credentials with the flexibility and patience that mobile appointments often require—especially in homes, hospitals, senior communities, workplaces, and time-sensitive signing situations.

Up to 5% of service fees are set aside to help individuals and families who need notary services or related assistance but may not be able to afford them. Assistance depends on availability, distance, timing, and the current fund balance.
